I had my Trek bike for over a decade when the frame cracked. I purchased it at ECBS and, over the years, have found them very reliable and fair. I shopped their website for a replacement and brought my damaged bike in to the shop to have my add-on parts moved to a new bike. The Mgr stated that Trek frames have a lifetime warranty and he determined that Trek would replace the entire bike free-of-charge, taking full responsibility for the frame failure. Thanks to ECBS and Trek for outstanding customer service!
I have been to this bike shop at least 5 times in the last month to get parts or work done on the new bike I'm building and these guys are always super friendly and very helpful. They didn't have one part in stock that I needed and they got the part in just a few days and set up my brakes perfectly! I will continue to support this great bike shop.

I have never had a problem with any of their parts or service, and recommend them as your local go-to for anything "bike".
And per Mike below that is completely false. I see the long time bike shop owner Will at the shop every single time I have come in and the guy is super friendly.
