I have learned so much about how to live in the short 4 yrs I have been going to this temple. Not only will you learn the scientific techniques of mediation (the right way to mediate!), but you will hear stories of life, and adventure, and failure, and loss, and wisdom, and most of all you will feel at ease for the hour you sit there. Total peace can wash over you in a place like this. Every Sunday morning at 9:30am I have the chance to listen to a FREE talk that is inspiring and uplifting and filled with bits of wisdom. At SRF you are reminded you are a soul living in a moving picture. And everything is energy.
Beautiful calm and soothing gardens along the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean, with walking trails, koi-ponds, and simple stone benches for quiet meditation.
I cannot speak highly enough about this chapel and those who work here. We held my wife's memorial services here; Brahmachari Wolfgang was amazing, as was Martin. There was another individual there as well, but his name escapes me. I cannot express the support and kindness of these individuals; it made all the difference in the memorial, which went as best as it could. I highly recommend this "chapel" for anyone who wishes to hold any type of memorial service.
If someone wants to experience the world beyond on this planet. This is the place to go. I loved the beautiful gardens and the breathtaking view of the ocean touching the sky and the emerald green grass.
