Extremely rude manager I feel bad for employees
This place is like a huge shoe warehouse with plenty of parking out front.
Bad attitude. I worked in retail not okay to treat people like that.
Disrespectful. Liars, and lazy. They close at 900 pm. We showed up at 830 pm. They started turning the lots off at 835 pm. Guess that was their way of saying hurry up and get out. Once at the register the young Lady working said, "we're doing a new thing here in Encinitas where we charge $1.00 for bags"...ummmm bull crap. So how does somone in a grocery store bag their goods??? Every Famous footwear I've been to in California does military discount. Miraculously this one doesn't do Military discounts during the last week of December?!! Yea sure lady. She rings up the boots which are higher than the advertised price, my fiance shows her where they are labeled clearence and the clerk says oh thats a mistake...really this big ass clearence sign and sticker is a mistake????! We left thr boots at the counter and left. Idk if they were having a bad night or just didn't like seeing a brown face in their store but it's clear they didn't want to serve us. We'll spend our money elsewhere. This isn't the 50's. Get over it FAMOUS FOOTWEAR!
Good selection of shoes for ladies and men. Staff were friendly during my last visit. The store was clean and organized.
Tried to buy a pair of shoes here. Decided which ones I wanted, there was only one shoe in the box in the size I needed. Spent 10 minutes waiting for sales guy to get off the phone. Gave up. No sale.
