As of five minutes ago I always enjoyed this local store. Went in with my old NB shoes on ready to purchase another pair from them - left after no one greeted me or even acknowledged my existence. There were lots of employees serving lots of people - glad to see a local business do well but at least check in and say hello or say that you will be with me in a few minutes and guide me to a place to start the process.
